5.Origin of the project
Aluminum double sliding window has reasonable design and convenient to be used, satisfying the wide range of applications in household and office areas.
The owners of the project used Google,Alibaba,Youtube, Whatsapp platforms to search manufacturers.
After comparing many suppliers. Finally decided to cooperate with us because of our mature technology and professional team.
6.Problems occurred during project discussion
1) Design issues
The original design of the doors and windows project was casement windows with screens. Because one window size is too big, it was later changed to a sliding design.We made final shop drawing to customer for approval.
The engineering cycle is relatively tight, the customer's original blue glass is not in stock, and later other colors are provided for the customer to choose by us. The grey reflective glass was finally determined. It’s more insulation.
2) Processing and Assembly issues
① Because the window design is latticed, it’s necessary to add decorative strips in the glass. This adds a lot of difficulty.
--Need to come out the design drawings to determine the position and size of the decorative strip.
After the deisgn was approved by clients. Then will move forward next step.
--Buy a suitable decorative strip and bend it.
The final solution:We use a higher-precision machine to cut, and put glue of the same color as the decorative strip at the connection. In this way, a stable state can be maintained and the appearance is more consistent.
② Because the window shape has rounded corners. Have great difficulties in cutting and assembling it.
After many trials and assembly, the perfect angle was finally debugged. At the same time, it can ensure the tightness.
7.Marble Window Sills
In the process of communicating with the customer, the customer found that the marble window sill was very beautiful in the photos I gave him, so he also hoped that we would provide him with the marble window sill.
We customized the window sill according to the customer's drawings.
